About the Course
(B/ROM) This class is designed to build both strength and flexibility, offering a unique blend of gentle yet challenging exercises. You will learn fall recovery techniques and methods for getting up off the floor. Classes may emphasize stretching and strengthening to enhance activities like yoga, dance, and sports. Drawing from dance, Pilates, yoga, and physical therapy, this course provides a comprehensive approach to fitness. Props will be provided.
