There is a $5.00 charge per transcript which must be paid at time of request. There is a 3-5 day processing time. Mail your request to: WCCAE - Alvarado Campus, 5625 Sutter Ave., Richmond 94804, along with a check or money order payable to: West Contra Costa Adult Education. You may also email your completed transcript request to Carolina Popocatl - cpopocatl@wccusd.net.
