About the Course
Let's dive into the flavors of the sea!
Our Fish and Seafood cooking course is a four-hour course where students explore different ways to prepare fish and seafood. Student can expect to prepare the following seafood dishes:
Calamari Steaks with Tartar Sauce
Trout with Almonds
Steamed fish with Giinger Sauce
Sole with Spinach Cheese Sauce
Students will discover the health benefits of eating seafood along with becoming familiar with seafood meal preparation.
