About the Course
During this 4-hour, hands-on course, participants will gain experience cooking basic cultural French Cuisine dishes. The following dishes will be prepared:
French Onion Soup - Rich flavored broth made with onions & topped with cheese
Cheese Soufflé - Light, airy, cheese flavored dish
Chicken Cordon Bleu - Cooked tender chicken wrapped with ham and cheese
Ratatouille - A nostalgic colorful and tasty vegetable dish
Crepes Suzettes - Crepes drizzled in orange sauce

Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing (email accepted). Class fees will NOT be refunded for any reason if the written request is less than two (2) business days BEFORE the start of class. Refund requests incur a $25 service charge per class. If a class is canceled by WCCAE for any reason, a full refund will be automatically made. Refunds are not provided for textbooks, materials, and/or manuals associated with the class.
