Advanced Automation Controls

Welcome to Manufacturing Technology. This class is for students that want to become an Automation Technician/Engineer.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing automated industrial computer controlled systems.

Learn different programming skills related to Robotic Automation, PLC’s and HMI’s.

Understand electrical and electronic principles in this trade. We also teach you industrial communication protocols. Learn for the future in this demanding field.

Location: El Cerrito High School, Auto Shop

Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be in writing (email accepted). Class fees will NOT be refunded for any reason if the written request is less than two (2) business days BEFORE the start of class. Refund requests incur a $25 service charge per class. If a class is canceled by WCCAE for any reason, a full refund will be automatically made. Refunds are not provided for textbooks, materials, and/or manuals associated with the class.
