West Contra Costa serves our community by providing a supportive learning environment in which each student can expand their knowledge, skills and well-being.
WCCAE provides a safe, supportive learning environment where adults can receive instructional services and programs to develop skills towards careers and personal enrichment for life-long learning. WCCAE strengthens the community by promoting programs that are accessible, community oriented and culturally inclusive.
