About the Course
Students will learn one of the most popular forms of Qigong used in China today. Dayan Qigong means the Wild Goose Form. This practice consists of 64 movements that flow from one movement into the next. In addition to learning the form, the students will learn a warm up set of exercises to increase flexibility and balance. Students are encouraged to “move at their own pace.” Adaptations can be easily made for people with motor impairments or mobility concerns. Part A includes moves 1-32 of Dayan Qigong, and Part B includes moves 33-64 of Dayan Qigong.
