Guided Transitions Workshop

This day-long workshop guides individuals to use the story of their current life to determine ways to break blocks/barriers holding them back from manifesting the life they want, deserve and need. Through creative individual and group activities, students discover the power that will bring them joy and purpose. They’ll learn techniques that will make them smile by propelling them into the next part of their life, no matter where they are right now. Coffee and muffins will be provided but students should plan for their own lunch during the one hour break.
