Let's Make Tamales

Tamales are a traditional Mexican dish that is always a big hit at family gathering, In our new Let's Make Tamales course, you will learn the magic, love, and heart that goes into crafting these popular Mexican delicacies.

During this class you will gain hands-on experience in preparing tamales with your classmates and celebrate the joys of Mexican cuisine. Preparing tamales is a communal event, bringing people together by cooking together. The following tamales will be prepared:

• Chicken

• Pork

• Sweet Tamale

Suggestions will also be given on how to make vegetarian tamales for those who follow a vegetarian lifestyle.
