About the Course
Fish and seafood are healthy and delicious. During this 4-hour class the students will explore some new ways and some time honored ways to prepare fish and seafood. During this class you will learn to prepare the following: Calamari Steaks with Tartar Sauce, Trout with Almonds, Crab Cakes, Steamed Fish with Ginger Sauce and Sole with Spinach Cheese Sauce.
