Learn how to make this vegetarian north Indian dish consisting of peas and paneer (Indian cheese) in a tomato based sauce, spiced with various spices. Vegetable Pulao: Vegetable Pulao is a rice dish prepared by cooking rice with various vegetables and spices.

Let's Make Tamales

Tamales are a traditional Mexican party food and almost always prepared communally. It is a real social event. Making tamales is a lot easier than you might imagine, especially with a lot of helping hands. We will make chicken, pork and a sweet tamale. Suggestions will be given on how to make vegetarian tamales. Join us for this social event.

More Beginning Chinese Cooking

This is the second of two classes in beginning Chinese cooking. During this four-hour workshop, you will learn some more basics of Chinese cooking. The menu for this class will include the following: Home Style Fried Rice, Broccoli with Beef, Spinach Egg Drop Soup, Egg Foo Young, and Egg Rolls.
