About the Course
Explore the vibrant flavors of Bali/Indonesia! This 4-hour class is for fans of Southeast Asia Cuisine prepared to make you fall even harder for with the rich and diverse dishes. The following Indonesian favorites will be prepared:
Bakmi Goreng - Flavor packed fried noodles
Gado Gado - Mix of vegetables topped with peanut sauce
Ajam Pukang - Tender chicken cooked in coconut milk
Sato Ayam - Spicy, aromatic chicken soup
Klepon - Sweet, coconut rice balls.
Enrollment is limited to 12 students*

Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing (email accepted). Class fees will NOT be refunded for any reason if the written request is less than two (2) business days BEFORE the start of class. Refund requests incur a $25 service charge per class. If a class is canceled by WCCAE for any reason, a full refund will be automatically made. Refunds are not provided for textbooks, materials, and/or manuals associated with the class.
